Build a MOD2 Reprogrammable Sample/Drum Module

  • Synth Library Portland 123 Northeast 3rd Avenue Portland, OR, 97232 United States (map)

Join us to build HAGIWO's MOD2, a flexible reprogrammable DIY Eurorack Module. This compact 8hp open source module is able to flexibly swap between several premade firmwares including a sample player, individual drums, a generative 303, Mutable-based ports, and more! Based on RP2350, this open-source design is also a great platform for vibe-coding your own firmware creations, and can be easily programmed from a browser. It’s a very easy DIY build (mostly some jacks and pots) because the SMT components are already populated on the PCBs.

DIY beginners welcome! No prior experience necesssary and we are happy to teach you how to solder. All skill levels are encouraged to sign up, volunteers will be on hand to guide beginners through each step. You'll leave with a finished, working filter bank ready to patch into your rack.
